Nelly presents an upcoming AI product that changes the way medical practices do their billing. Billing is a particularly complex problem that involves describing the medical treatment and then creating an invoice out of it. Without the correct medical terms and correctness they are not allowed to bill patients. Currently this process is done by the medical staff and can be very error prone and unoptimized.
There is a whole industry of billing houses that provide this as a service to the practices. Practices use either a mix of billing houses or internal resources for this time intensive and expensive process.
Nelly aims to solve this problem by doing real time transcribing of the treatment and creating medical documentation together with the billable invoice.
